Port St Francis serves as a unique focal point in the village of St Francis Bay and Cape St Francis. The development is well established and development is continuing with the addition (amongst others) of "The Port Hotel and Conference Center". The harbour is home to numerous commercial and long-line vessels and also serves as moorings for a large fleet of leisure yachts and recreational fishing boats.

The Port too has many shops and restaurants that have the freshest "chokka" (calamari) caught locally. Situated too at the Port is Port St Francis Estates that can assist you with property sales at the Port as well as the greater St Francis Area.
